dennyTo balance out the electricity bill, which I recently calculated as being about £450 for the last 3 months, today I received our gas bill for the last four months... £2.01. I guess cooking pasta on the hob twice a week doesn't use much gas.
In other domestic news, a guy came to look at the rising damp this morning... he told me that my flat doesn't have rising damp. Anyone who has seen the water running off of the bottom of the walls at my place may find this hard to believe. Second opinion from a different company on Wednesday.
