I haven't eaten since Thursday morning - the bad news left me feeling extremely nauseous, and it hasn't cleared yet - it's still peaking occasionally actually, rather than fading.
Anyway, I figured by now I might feel sick from not eating, instead of (or as well as) because of stress/upset, so I just tried it. My stomach said 'no'. Huey said 'hi'.
Suggestions for things I can go and buy to eat that might be a bit less challenging than pasta? I don't really have much of anything else in the house right now, so I might as well go and buy something sensible after work tomorrow. Don't think I'll bother trying again this evening.

Does anyone at work know about this and how much it's affected you, because it might even be worth speaking confidentially to people you trust there, on the basis that they'll be more willing to help you out and be a bit more realistic in expectations.
