Just popped into Boots to buy antiseptic stuff for my leg, and asked the advice of the pharmacist while I was there. It went "Go to hospital, right now, and get some antibiotics. Now."
And to change into the new shorts I originally went out to buy, and pick up my juggling stuff in case by some miracle I did still have time to go out and play afterwards, and a couple of books in case I was sat around in hospital all day, and get a drink, and... well, it doesn't do to rush.
