Exercise and eating...
Haven't mentioned the revised eating and exercising plan lately. It would appear that I'm doing better at the eating bit of it than the exercising bit - weighed myself at the gym last night and I'm up to well over 11 stone now, which is a lifetime first for me... however, judging by the dubious shape of my stomach in those tattoo pics I posted, I don't think I've converted very much of this new heft into muscle :-\
To be fair, I have only gone to the gym three times this month, two of them this week. I really need to start going regularly, or I'm just wasting a huge amount of money each month (and running a severe risk of getting fat, apparently).

I stand by my advice of picking days each week and putting them in your diary. And one of these days, I might actually start keeping it myself ;)

I've blown off going to the gym twice this week- once cos I lost my shoes and 2nd 'cos I had history coursework!
